Scrum Master / Agile Master for Product Development Programs (all genders welcome)

Your responsibilities

As Scrum Master / Agile Master (all genders welcome) you promote the agile way of working in several product development teams – in the Green Hydrogen Product Development – through your methodological skills:

  • You will support the Product Owner / Program Manager and act as Agile Master within our product development programs to guide an interdisciplinary program team to new, innovative and cost-effective solutions for our products
  • You plan, coordinate, monitor all agile activities within the development programs and implement agile and innovative approaches to increase quality and efficiency
  • As Agile Master you organize and moderate the events and meetings (like Daily, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Challenging days) and support the team to continuously improve in agile work environment
  • You are the link between different stakeholders and development teams, you act as a mediator and motivator
  • You identify and remove obstacles that hinder the agile development process (management escalation) and initiate improvement steps
  • You report, aligned with the program manager and product architect, on a regular basis to next management levels

Your profile

  • You have a university degree with a focus on Engineering Sciences or similar
  • Your academic background is supplemented by min. 3 years of adequate work experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master or similar 
  • You have strong communication and facilitation skills coupled with agile and result-oriented mindset 
  • Good analytical skills, merging of solutions, elaboration of concepts, guiding the development of alternative solutions characterize your way of working 
  • You are proficient in most common agile methods (like Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking) and tools (like MS Teams, Jira, DevOps) 
  • Fluent business English skills is a must 
  • Your intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences
  • You are willing to travel inside Germany as well as internationally on a regular basis
