Your responsibilities

Aim of the position

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for the preparatory activities to the negotiation and acquisition of new plants projects.

 

Main responsibilities and Contents

He/she will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of technical / commercial offers;
  • Meetings and / or contacts with customers for:
    – Collection of technical information (prior to the submission of the offer to better define customer’s needs);
    – Presentation and discussion of technical aspects of the offer.

 

Your profile

Skills, qualifications and abilities

  • University degree (with preference for Chemical Engineering);
  • Experience as Proposal or as Process engineer dealing with Sales department;
  • 3-5 years of specific experience as Process engineer in engineering companies operating in the chemical industry;
  • Knowledge of international sales contracts;
  • Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language;
  • Availability to travel out of Europe for technical / commercial meetings;
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with other cultures, flexibility, spirit of collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
